A premium blend of high grade Brazilian natural and semi-washed Arabica and “Conillon”, a fine and carefully selected washed Robusta, that exalts the espresso’s intensity. A perfect balance between notes of dark chocolate, hazelnuts and cane sugar, full body and a round taste. Roasting is long, delicate and “gentle”, thanks to the traditional drum method which preserves aromas and guarantees a lingering flavour.
